ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
1. Can I send abstracts outside the research themes and sub-topics mentioned?
If your abstract is related to the conference title field you can still submit the abstract. The selection of your paper will be decided by the Conference’s scientific review committee.
1. Can we add more than one author to the abstract?
Yes You can.
2. How many papers can one person present?
A maximum of three papers can be presented by someone
3. How many people can present papers at conferences?
This is limited. But all presenters must register for the conference by paying the registration fee.
4. Do I have to pay for all articles if I want to present more than one article?
Yes If you present more than one paper at a conference, of course there will be a fee cut. You must pay the full amount for the first article, the rest of the article applies a fee discount.
5. How many joint author names can be included in the paper?
All co-authors who have contributed to the paper / abstract can be included.
6. Can we get certificates for joint authors?
Yes. If the joint author has registered and paid the conference fee, he can get a certificate. Please inform the conference secretariat about this before two weeks into the conference.
7. How many words must an abstract have?
The acceptable range of words for abstracts is 150 – 300 words. Abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be requested to be revised.
8. What are the guidelines for abstracts?
Please refer to the abstract guide available on the conference website.
9. What are the requirements to become a live video renderer?
a. Laptop with a headset
b. Desktop with webcam and microphone / headset
c. Chrome browser updated
d. Virus Protection must be paused / disabled before starting, otherwise it will block the webcam
e. Remove Internet Download Manager Extension from Chrome – Otherwise it will block your file sharing facility during the Web Conference.
f. Bright and calm environment with a professional background.
10. How long is the presentation?
The time allocated for oral presentations is 10-15 minutes. For a 15-minute presentation, 12 minutes will be given for presentations and 3 minutes for questions and answers.
11. When should I submit my presentation paper?
You must send your final presentation to the conference secretariat before two weeks for the conference. Be sure to send a soft copy in the open drive / Youtube link.
12. Can I send a replacement delegation for the presentation?
Yes, if you cannot present, you can choose a replacement delegation at no additional cost. You must nominate a week before the conference date.

PUBLICATION
1. How can I submit my paper for the proceedings of the conference?
Authors must submit their full papers for the conference process through the Online Journal System (OJS). The author is given three weeks after the conference’s conclusion to submit a full paper. Receipt of paper delivery will be recognized by email within three working days. If you do not receive notification of your paper within three working days, you are requested to immediately contact the organizing committee.

2. How can I send my paper to a supporting journal?
If the authors wish to send papers to supporting journals, they are advised to contact the publication team and communicate journal preferences. After that, the team will give you the guidance needed to make the submission.
3. What will happen if the article submission cannot be sent until the specified deadline?
If you find it difficult to send the full paper at the specified time, you are advised to request an extension of the previous deadline (The decision will be taken by the publication team).
4. If you miss the deadline and are still interested in submitting the paper after a while, the publication team will consider the paper for problems with the next scheduled conference schedule (this could be the second problem of the following year’s problem)
5. Do I need to be virtually present at the conference to get a chance to publish?
There is no answer yet, I am confused about deciding.
6. Are there templates available for full paper?
Yes All papers must be formatted according to the full paper template which can be found on the conference website paper guidelines page. This template applies to papers sent to the conference process.
7. What are the criteria for selecting conference papers for journal publication?
Papers that fit the journal’s purpose, scope and guidelines will be considered for a peer review by the journal. After writing this paper it follows academic standards and with international appeal will positively influence selection. The decision of the journal editorial board will be final. If the paper is requested to be revised, you may need to revise and send it back to the journal.
8. Where are conference / journal procedures indexed?
All complete papers received that are sent for processing will be published electronically with ISSN in the process with DOI numbers instead in supporting journals at the conference. We send the conference process for possible indexing at well-known indexing sources. Refer to the journals included on the conference website for indexing.
9. When will the conference process be published online?
In the interim, it takes three months after the deadline for submitting complete papers to issue the first edition of the conference process (This may differ depending on the number of papers we receive and the extension of the deadline if any). The number of issues will also depend on the paper you will accept for publication.
10. How long does it take to publish a journal?
The publication process in a journal is longer than the conference process. On average, it takes 6-12 months to receive a first decision from a journal. Depending on the first decision, the time of publication will vary.
11. What will happen if the journal rejects a paper sent for possible publication?
If the journal rejects your full paper, we will consider the paper for the conference process after managing the double-blind review process.
12. What document format should I follow when sending abstracts or full papers?
Abstract & complete manuscripts must be submitted as MS Word documents in .doc format (not as PDF format). Following the intended journal template.
13. Do we need to pay an additional amount for publication?
Not. Conference conference publications free for all conference participants. However, some journals may charge a fee for open access publications. Please refer to certain journal websites for more details.
14. Can a paper be published both in conference proceedings and supporting journals?
Not. In accordance with the generally accepted publication ethics, double publication is not possible. Therefore, if you publish in a journal, the same paper cannot be included in the reverse process.

16. Is the submitted paper will be published in journals automatically?
The selection of paper will be decided by the Conference’s scientific review committee.
17. What are the steps for my paper to be published in journal?
Authors must register first on the conference website and submit the abstract. Submitted abstract will be reviewed by the Conference’s scientific review committe. The selected paper will be notified for presentatioan at the conference. Then, you must submit the full paper if your paper is selected. You can choose a journal based on your preferences to publish the full paper. The manuscript will be reviewed by the journals procedures and their guidelines. Your article will be published once the revision process is complete.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
1. What is the payment deadline?
The final payment deadline is the last date for registering and making payments for the conference.
2. Is the registration fee per paper or per person?
Registration fee is per person. If you want to present another paper, you need to pay additional fees for the second paper (Oral / Poster).
3. Can I register for a conference before making a payment?
To register for the conference, you only need to send the online registration form through our website. Then you will receive an invoice to make payment and after making payment you will receive an invitation letter.
4. When should I pay?
You can pay the registration fee after receiving a notification of abstract acceptance. Make your payment as soon as possible to get the benefit of the initial rate. However, you are required to pay before the final payment deadline.
5. Which payment modes can I use?
You can make payment as a bank transfer (TT) or as an online payment. Account details are available on the “Payment details” page of the conference website. Still confused answer.
6. When can I get a receipt for the conference registration fee?
A receipt will be sent by email.
7. Can I receive a refund of my registration fee?
a. Registration canceled 60 days before the conference is entitled to a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
b. Registrations that are canceled in less than 60 but more than 30 days before the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
c. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference will not be eligible for any refunds.
8. Q: What is included in the registration fee?
a. Access and participation in the ICHS program and activities (keynote speeches, and oral and poster presentation sessions)
b. Access to a messaging tool to interact virtually with all symposium participants
c. Participation certificate
d. Author certificate
e. Material conference
f. An invoice of the registration fee
